Cancellation and Makeup Policy
Private Lesson/Pool rental Policy
NO SHOWS are always responsible for their lesson/rental fee.
A “no show” is when a client is 15 minutes or more late or does not come to the appointment.
You are responsible for your private lesson or rental fee unless you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hrs before your scheduled lesson or rental.
Discount Packages are non-transferrable and non-refundable. You may reschedule an appointment at anytime without penalty before the 24 hr notice window. All package purchases must be used within 120 days of purchase. Again, no refunds will be given for expired package appointments. Any pool appointments are considered expired upon pool closure for 2024 (usually around mid to end of September).
Please do not have a pattern of “no shows” or last minute rescheduling or cancelling appointments or reservations. Other clients may be interested in reserving the same time period you have already signed up for. By cancelling at the last minute you make it impossible in most cases for them to reschedule for that time or be informed of the availability. This is unfair to both the other clients and us.
Clients with a pattern of last minute cancellations may be required to provide a non-refundable deposit to reserve lesson or pool rental time.
Group Class Policy
No refunds can be given after the start date of the class.
--Every class will have a posted Withdrawal Date which will be approximately 14-20 days before the start of classes. The Withdrawal Date is the last day to drop your class with no financial commitment except a $15 handling fee.
You will receive all of your deposit or full payment back except for the handling fee if you cancel in writing via email to crowefarmk9@gmail.com by the posted Withdrawal date and time.
--Every class will have a posted Cancellation Date which will be approximately 5-7 days before the start of class. After this date refunds are totally based on our ability to fill the spot you vacate. If your spot cannot be filled no part of your deposit can be returned.
You will not receive any refund of your deposit if your spot cannot be filled after the Cancellation Date.
--All requests to change your status in a class must be made in writing via email to crowefarmk9@gmail.com
--There is always a minimum Handling Fee of $15 to return payments of any type. The handling fee deducted will depend on the fees charged by entities such as PayPal or Venmo. If the fees exceed $15 the actual amount will be deducted from your refund. This covers accounting costs, labor, and any fees associated with the process.
When classes do not “make” and are cancelled by Crowe Farm Canines due to low enrollment or schedule conflicts will always receive a full refund minus any fees charged.
Makeup Sessions are not available for group class sessions.
You will be provided with a photo of the session board for the missed session and access to a 15 minute phone consultation with the instructor. You are responsible for scheduling that session.
